We're planning to renovate and switch to a breakfast buffet starting in December!

Breakfast Information

Breakfast is served from 7:00am, making it convenient for those planning an early start.

    Hot soba set(An example)
    For meals, you can choose from a set of 100% buckwheat noodles made with buckwheat flour from the foot of Foot of Mount Yatsugatake, an udon set made with an original blend, or a rice set.

    【Notifications】
    Starting in December, breakfast will be revamped into a "selectable buffet style"!
    Starting in December 2026, our restaurant will be transformed from its current Japanese set meal style to a buffet style where you can freely enjoy salads and various side dishes.
    We offer comforting Japanese side dishes, along with freshly cooked rice.Furthermore, we will continue to offer our "Special 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles" and "Original Udon Noodles," which have been very popular with many customers.

    This is a sister store of "Juwari Soba Sobaya" located in Kami-Suwa Station.
    Enjoy high-quality, precious 100% buckwheat soba noodles made with buckwheat flour from the southern foot Yatsugatake for breakfast at the hotel.

    The restaurant's walls are decorated with vibrant images of Mt Fuji Lake Suwa, Yatsugatake mountain range, and vegetables from the Shinshu Plateau.
